| Two days ago, the player vandersar asked me to give him a divine weapon, songblade. I traded him at once because he needed it and he would give me the money later. Now, along with his friend MasterCasper not only they dont give us our money, but they also mock us and kill us me and my brother. Can someone help me? My server is Emerald Tiger. |

There will be nothing the game staff will do for you. You can't get your weapon back (bound) and they have no way of forcing them to give you the coins because you traded them the weapon.
Only thing they'll do is tell you to use more caution when dealing with players in the future. |

| I was trying to help another player and he stole my weapon. Isn't stealing forbidden in the game? Shouldn't the GM's do something about thieves? And he can unlock it, using a Key from Mall right? But I pm him and he's not replying. |

In this case, the scammer was banned and the victims got their things back.
Some GMs are willing to help. Try to Screenshot the admit of the scam and try to bring some proof.
Important is to make clear what happened and be professional, persistent and insisting. For a lot GMs the job is easy when they talk in bubbles ("We will take this is consideration" etc pp.) and do nothing. |

Frist Thing........ never trust another player with ur eyes closed.......
i would say its ur mistake coz u should hav never traded the weapon without gettin the full money.... if this is the first time u gettin scammed its k. u learned to take care of urself....never trust another player..... |

The unlock key isnt for bound items but for locked items.
Bound Items can never be traded.

The difference is that on GS this was a huge thing not only 1 person.
Basically they have to judge if its alright to interfere with the gameplay. Thats also why they asked all ppl to write to GM so they could see how many ppl he scammed. |

why you people are playing a game which is so disheartening? i deleted my lvl 54 char in anger months ago  . any why, this game shows true face of world. |

| If you think you are still new to the game and don't know much, it might be a good idea to find a high level mentor. He/she should be able to answer some of your questions that you might have. |
