With the new version being carried out, we are going to have an event as long as you fighting for a brand new top level. Here it is!
*The Four:
We are going to give a reward to those four who can reach the top level in the current version as 120 firstly in each server.
Those four will have rights to own a Level 105 [Excellent] weapon of his/her class and more than that we will make it +10 already before giving it to you.
There will be no time limitation until every server has its first level 120 hero.
*The Fastest:
Meanwhile, the first one among those honorable four reaching Level 120 will have a permanent secret mount because ‘the Fastest’ deserves to mount on the fastest!
This prize will be long gone as long as someone reaching level 120 first of all four servers, the one and only. So better catch up than falling behind.

Nice Idea.
So let me guess, the winner will be some staffs or spears.....
Coz a fan, a hook, a fist and a Sword are not able to be "fast"
How about a fair contest? |

| Like Godking said, swords, fans, hooks and fists level so much slower than staffs and spears, unless they use hundreds of gems. This contest is too unbalanced. |

oh great like it is said a fan can level up without he team thank you but no thank you game is getting kinda well how should i put it ARE YOU CRAZY THINKING THAT A FAN WILL BE ONE TO GET THAT ANSWER NO. oh well whoever does get it congrats. to bad it wont a little ole fan like me lol    |

1st overall gets Refined Weapon, then the 1st outta remaining classes gets excellent.
It's a good contest, even if they don't make any changes. Gives the the very high lvls something to shoot for besides the end to the grinding and back to nubby pking 
Nice to see they didnt put a time limit on it also. You wanna chew pearls to max lvl go right ahead, you'll make people very rich other than that how many remember how to grind like mad |

hmm..not a bad idea if there's no such thing as 5mil exp gem LOL.
we all know alot of people have tons of them stacked somewhere...

Not really. A staff can solo bosses and go solo when ever they want. I am a sword myself and I just am not able to grind solo. |

Swords grinds fast. The fastest grinder in Jade Dragon is a sword (think she quitted recently though). If she doesn't, I'm pretty certain she'll be the first lvl 120 again. All the swords grinds fast but most quitted before the lvl 99 patch.
Even if I name them all, you wouldn't know who they are, but in Jade Dragon, those swords grind just as fast, if not faster than spears/staffs.
Also, good luck with 5mil exp gem lol. As DevilFruit stated in another thread, you require almost 10x more to go from 100 to 121 than going from 1 to 100. That's 10,000 5m pearl right there. Have fun, I'll let you calculate the cost. |

Be quiet with that suckiness crap. It's lame and disrespectful. You can discuss without making comments on other people's capacity.
Swords grind somewhat fast. It's not nearly as fast as classes like spear or staff; I'm not sure why, but it seems spears and staffs often have much better armor for grinding (high defense and refined). It also seems like staffs and spears have refined blue/green weapons up from level 50 which gives them more attack power than swords. But swords have mostly internal damage so it is almost pointless to refine weapons (because in most cases weapon attack is the main benefit).
Besides, the question here is not how fast you grind, but how effective your grinding is. A staff or spear happens to be more effective. |

Dude, what level is your sword character? you shouldn't disagree with someone's opinion if you're totally clueless.
Add this thread to your favorite or something. Go pick up the skill call burning wind slash, be able to use purple gear (preferable full set, normal set is fine). Then come back here and say that again. |

What does level suddenly constitute for knowledge now? I am not even level 60 yet and I know more about swords than some level 80+ people.
Look, my point is this: no matter what someone tells you, some classes are better than other classes at certain things and it will always be that way. Sword is better than staff and spear at PvP in most cases, and staff and spear are better at PvE in most cases. Swords have light meditation armor that cannot take a large number of monsters and staffs and spears have heavy plated armor that can.
Staffs and spears were built for PvE. It will not kill you to accept this, team with some and enjoy leveling. Even if I did get class armor, it wouldn't make a difference. Which class armor is better for grinding? Sword or staff/spear? Once again, the staffs and spears. |

Both of you guys have some good points and some invalid ones. It's all about which level you are talking about when it come to efficiency. 1-80 I would have to say Spears and followed closely by staff (Gear is a big factor).But Level 88+ Hands down especially when it comes to solo grinding Staff with T2 mostly refined. However, when it is about who gets to the highest level the quickest its about who grinds more. kvN is a grinding machine. I've sat and watched her solo a group of marines in Piao. Takes her about 2-3 minutes to kill them. Thats what makes her awesome. Keep in mind she does have 90% refined T2. Then I took her over to Iron Monkey server and showed her how I grind ^ ^. Takes me 30 seconds but she beat us all to 99.
PS. Technical is a knowledgeable sword but who said sword is better than staff in Pvp. come to arena so I can feed you to my guardian pet. |
